Pumpkin Spice Ale
A lovely fall ale brewed with real pumpkins (though canned can be substituted. It fermented quite heavily, and we needed to use a blow off cap in a 6 1/2 gallon carboy for a 5g batch.
A late season IPA brewed with whole leaf hops, which were grown in Livonia, NY. It was dry hopped before going into the secondary fermenter for aroma and should come out as a nice brew.
